KonoSuba: God's Blessing on This Wonderful World! (Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo!) is a hilarious isekai comedy anime that parodies typical fantasy RPG tropes.

Quick Synopsis

After dying in a ridiculously embarrassing way (think: heart attack from shock while trying to be a hero in real life), shut-in gamer Kazuma Satou finds himself in the afterlife facing a smug goddess named Aqua. She offers him a chance to be reincarnated in a fantasy world to fight the Demon King. Instead of choosing a powerful weapon or cheat ability, Kazuma spitefully drags Aqua herself along to the new world as his "cheat item."

Once there, the duo quickly realizes they're hilariously underpowered and useless: Aqua is a goddess with powerful abilities but is also a whiny, incompetent crybaby, and Kazuma is just an average guy with no special talents. They end up forming the most dysfunctional adventuring party imaginable by recruiting:

• Megumin, an explosion-obsessed arch-wizard who can only cast one spell per day (but it's a massive explosion),
• Darkness, a masochistic crusader who gets excited about taking damage but can't hit anything.

The series follows their misadventures as they take on low-level quests, deal with absurd situations, fight (or run from) Demon King's generals, and generally cause chaos instead of saving the world. It's all about the comedy from their terrible teamwork, constant bickering, and the fact that their "heroic" quests usually end in disaster or explosions.

If you're looking for a lighthearted, laugh-out-loud parody of isekai tropes (rather than a serious adventure), KonoSuba is one of the best in the genre!
