Cecily

Cecily is a priestess of the Axis Order (the cult devoted to the goddess Aqua) in KonoSuba: God's Blessing on This Wonderful World!.

She is a lively, impulsive, and free-spirited young woman with long blonde hair and blue eyes, often wearing the blue nun-like attire of her order. She's quite attractive (as noted by Kazuma) and extremely vain, frequently referring to herself as "the beautiful Axis priestess."

Her personality mirrors many Axis cultists: she's lazy (spending lots of time sleeping or drinking), mischievous, prone to scamming or shady recruitment tactics, and fiercely devoted to Aqua while holding a strong rivalry toward the Eris Church. She's also notably fond of "little sister" types (like Megumin, who calls her "big sister" in some interactions).

She first appears prominently in the hot springs city of Arcanletia and later becomes the leader of the Axis branch in Axel. Overall, she's a chaotic, comedic side character who embodies the ridiculous and dysfunctional nature of the Axis Order.
