Ruffian

Ruffian (known in Japanese as Arakuremono, literally "Rough Guy") is a minor, recurring character who appears exclusively in the anime adaptation of KonoSuba: God's Blessing on This Wonderful World! (he doesn't exist in the original light novels).

He's a tall, muscular, intimidating-looking man with a rough face, a tall mohawk, mustache, and beard. He usually hangs out at the Adventurer's Guild in Axel, often spouting dramatic adventurer clichés like welcoming newcomers to "the gates of hell" in a gruff, over-the-top way.

Despite his tough, battle-hardened appearance and demeanor, he's surprisingly not an adventurer at all—his actual job is an artisan weaver, which comes as a comedic shock when revealed.

He's basically a parody of the stereotypical "big tough guy at the guild" trope, providing some humorous background interactions with Kazuma and the others.
