Heidel

Heidel is a minor character in KonoSuba: God's Blessing on This Wonderful World! (appearing mainly in the light novels and adapted in the anime, particularly around Season 3 events involving the royal castle).

He is an elderly, professional butler who serves the royal family of the Kingdom of Belzerg. He has grey hair and a beard, and typically wears a classic butler suit.

Personality-wise, he's mannerly, highly dedicated, and diligent in his duties. He puts up with difficult or forgetful masters (like when Kazuma repeatedly calls him the wrong name, such as "Sebastian"), quietly enduring frustration while remaining polite and supportive—even going along with some of his master's more perverted or ridiculous requests once shown respect.

He was assigned as Kazuma's personal butler during the latter's stay at the royal castle after being "abducted" there by Princess Iris.
