Tranquility Girl

Tranquility Girl (Japanese: 安楽少女, Anraku Shōjo) is a minor monster character in KonoSuba: God's Blessing on This Wonderful World!, prominently featured in Season 3, Episode 1 (and corresponding light novel/manga arcs).

She is a plant-type monster (an offshoot of Alraune) that disguises herself as a helpless, adorable young girl—often appearing injured or vulnerable—to lure kind-hearted travelers. Her goal is to trick people into staying by her side to "protect" her. She offers them her fruit, which looks appealing but contains no nutritional value and is addictive. Victims eventually starve to death while guarding her, and she absorbs their corpses as fertilizer through her roots.

Despite her innocent appearance, she has a ruthless, two-faced personality and shows no remorse for her predatory nature once her true self is revealed. In the story, Kazuma recognizes her as a dangerous monster right away, but the rest of his party struggles with the moral dilemma of harming someone who looks so pitiful.
