Sailor Uranus

Sailor Uranus (civilian name: Haruka Tenou) is one of the Outer Sailor Guardians in the Sailor Moon anime (primarily appearing in the Sailor Moon S season and beyond).

In her civilian form, Haruka is a tall, athletic teenage girl with short, light blond/tan hair and striking blue eyes. She has a very androgynous appearance and often dresses in masculine clothing (like suits, racing gear, or casual boyish outfits), which frequently leads people to mistake her for a handsome young man at first glance. She's a talented race car driver, motorcycle enthusiast, and also skilled at running and playing piano.

As Sailor Uranus, she wears a navy blue and yellow fuku (with a unique collar and accents reflecting her sky/wind theme), and she wields the Space Sword (one of the three Talismans). Her powers center around wind and the sky, she can create powerful gusts, use attacks like World Shaking, and has some precognitive abilities. She's generally portrayed as one of the more aggressive, pragmatic, and combat-oriented guardians.

Personality-wise (especially in the 90s anime), Haruka is confident, cool, somewhat aloof and stubborn, with a teasing/flirtatious side (she often flirts playfully with women, including Usagi). She's fiercely protective of her partner Sailor Neptune (Michiru), with whom she shares a deep romantic relationship. Haruka can come across as distant or ruthless when it comes to protecting the world from major threats (willing to make tough calls), but she deeply cares about those close to her.

She's introduced as a mysterious, powerful ally/rival figure before fully joining forces with the main Inner Senshi.
