Sailor Pluto

Sailor Pluto (civilian name: Setsuna Meiou) is one of the Outer Sailor Guardians in the Sailor Moon anime. She is the guardian of the Door of Space-Time (also called the Gates of Time), stationed at her post to prevent unauthorized travel through time and space, and she takes this solemn duty very seriously.

In the 1990s anime, she first appears as a mysterious, solitary figure closely tied to Chibiusa (Sailor Chibi Moon), acting almost like a watchful guardian or big sister to her. She is portrayed as elegant, mature, wise, calm, and composed, often the most level-headed and introspective of the group. She carries a deep sense of loneliness due to her isolated role and long existence watching over time.

Her appearance features long, dark green hair (often in a partial bun), red eyes, and a sailor fuku dominated by black and deep maroon/red accents, with a garnet gem theme. She wields the Garnet Rod as her primary weapon.

Her powers revolve around space-time manipulation, including attacks like Dead Scream (a powerful energy blast), the ability to create barriers, sense disturbances in time, and (in extreme cases) stop time itself, though using that last ability comes with a heavy personal cost, as it violates her own taboos and can be fatal.

Overall, in the anime, she's depicted as a tragic, dutiful, and compassionate figure who occasionally bends her strict rules for the greater good or to protect those she cares about, especially in the Black Moon Clan and later arcs.
