Koga

Koga is the Gym Leader of Fuchsia City in the Pokémon anime (primarily appearing in the Indigo League arc, in the episode "The Ninja Poké-Showdown").

He is portrayed as a skilled ninja (or "ninjutsu master") who lives and operates his Gym in a large, old, booby-trapped Japanese-style mansion on the outskirts of the city. The Gym is filled with traps, hidden passages, invisible walls, and explosive Voltorb used as defenses, reflecting his ninja theme and strategic mindset.

Koga specializes in Poison-type Pokémon, with his main team including Venomoth (which evolved from Venonat during his battle with Ash) and Golbat. He has a younger sister named Aya, who is also a ninja trainee and assists him. In his battle with Ash, Team Rocket interrupts, but after dealing with them using the mansion's traps, Koga finishes the match fairly, awarding Ash the Soul Badge upon his defeat.
