Brycen

Brycen is the Gym Leader of Icirrus City in the Unova region, appearing in the Pokémon the Series: Black & White anime (the Best Wishes series).

He's a muscular man with teal/light blue hair, blue eyes, and a distinctive blue mask covering his eyes (often called his "Ice Mask" look), complete with a tail-like extension tied with a purple ribbon. He typically wears a blue mantle or outfit that fits his icy theme.
