Oleana

Oleana is a character from the anime Pokémon Journeys: The Series, where she serves as the loyal secretary (and effectively right-hand woman) to Chairman Rose of the Macro Cosmos corporation in the Galar region.

She is depicted as a tall, slender woman with fair skin, green eyes, and long blonde wavy hair. Her typical outfit includes a long white coat (sleeves rolled up), a red blouse, a black pencil skirt, sheer gray pantyhose, and black high heels, giving her a professional and elegant appearance.

In terms of personality, Oleana is fiercely devoted to Chairman Rose, obeying his commands without hesitation and going to extreme lengths to remove any perceived obstacles to his plans or success. She maintains a calm, collected, and professional demeanor most of the time, but she can quickly become enraged or intense—sometimes showing a more unhinged side—when people interfere with Rose or reject opportunities he offers. She acknowledges talented Trainers but doesn't tolerate defiance.

In the anime's Galar storyline arc (especially episodes involving the Darkest Day and Eternatus events), she plays a key antagonistic role, attempting to block protagonists like Goh from reaching Rose and even battling them directly with her Pokémon (notably using Milotic against Goh's team). After the events conclude, she goes into hiding alongside Rose.

She's a supporting villain character tied closely to the Galar saga in Journeys, with her loyalty and overprotectiveness toward Rose driving much of her actions.
