Vulcan Joseph

Vulcan Joseph is a supporting character in the anime Fire Force (Enen no Shouboutai). He is a highly talented engineer famously nicknamed the "God of Fire and Smithing" due to his exceptional skills in invention, mechanics, and crafting advanced technology and equipment.

He initially harbors a strong hatred for Haijima Industries (a major corporation tied to the Special Fire Forces) and the Fire Force itself, stemming from his family's tragic history with the company. Despite this, he eventually joins Special Fire Force Company 8 as their engineer, where he creates innovative gadgets, upgrades gear (often incorporating animal motifs because of his love for animals), and supports the team with his ingenuity.

Vulcan is depicted as a young man with short red hair (shaved sides), blue/cyan eyes, an athletic build, and tattoos. He often wears a distinctive goat skull mask with horns while working. His personality is passionate, stubborn, and protective, especially toward animals and those he cares about.
