Carlan Astrea

Carlan Astrea is a minor character from Re:Zero − Starting Life in Another World, part of the prestigious Astrea family (known for producing Sword Saints).

He is the second son of Veltol Astrea and Tishua Astrea, making him one of the older brothers of Theresia van Astrea (the former Sword Saint). He had red hair and blue eyes, typical of many in his family line.

Carlan dedicated himself to the sword, as was tradition in the Astrea household, but he never appears directly in the main story. He died during the Demi-Human War (before the events of the series). He received a brief flashback appearance and mention in Season 3 of the anime.
