About Dr. Fishbonen

Dr. Fishbonen (also referred to as Fishbonen) is a minor character in the One Piece anime, appearing as a Marine naval surgeon (military doctor) stationed at Marineford.

He is a tall, broad-built man with a distinctive hairstyle, often seen chewing on a fish bone (which ties into his name and theme). His outfit includes a stethoscope around his neck, a blue shirt with light-blue polka dots, and a yellow scarf. He also has a partially visible tattoo on his left arm.

In the anime (specifically around Episode 511, post-Marineford War), he tends to the wounded Marines. He speaks with Koby, explaining that Koby has awakened Haki during the war and encouraging him to train under Vice Admiral Garp to develop it further, before moving on to treat other patients.

He comes across as kind, jolly, and professional — a competent and trusted doctor within the Marines. His role is brief and supportive, mainly in the aftermath of the Summit War arc. No major ongoing storyline involvement beyond that point in the anime so far.
