Bellett

Bellett is a minor character who appears in the Impel Down arc of the One Piece anime (primarily debuting in Episode 439).

He was originally the prince of an unnamed kingdom but became a pirate after his life fell apart (due to events tied to Emporio Ivankov years earlier). He ended up imprisoned in Impel Down Level 5.5 (Newkama Land).

In the anime (similar to the manga), Bellett is a bulky, muscular man with tan skin, blonde hair, a black beard, and a prominent scar running from his left shoulder down across his chest. He wears plain green pants in the anime adaptation.

Driven by revenge, he confronts Emporio Ivankov armed with a bazooka, blaming Ivankov for ruining his family and kingdom. Ivankov uses the Horu Horu no Mi (Hormone-Hormone Fruit) ability—specifically the "Emporio Onna Hormone"—to forcibly transform him into a woman. After the change, Bellett becomes a slender, attractive woman (retaining the scar and blonde hair, though with a drastically different build and overall look), gets embarrassed, and runs off rather than joining the Newkama followers.

This scene highlights Ivankov's chaotic personality and Devil Fruit powers during the Impel Down breakout events. Bellett doesn't play a major ongoing role beyond this brief, comedic/revenge-driven appearance.
