Fat Gum (Taishiro Toyomitsu)

Fat Gum, whose real name is Taishiro Toyomitsu, is a Pro Hero in My Hero Academia, known as the BMI Hero: Fat Gum.

He is a large, round, towering man in his default "fat" form, with a wide mouth, smaller nose, and quirky proportions that give him an unusual appearance. Beneath this, he has a highly muscular build that becomes visible when he burns through his fat reserves.

His Quirk, Fat Absorption, lets him absorb kinetic energy and impacts into his body fat (acting as both defense and storage), then convert that stored energy into muscle for powerful counterattacks—though this slims him down significantly.

Personality-wise, Taishiro is friendly, carefree, playful, and constantly hungry (often snacking), but he's deeply protective of civilians and his interns (like Tamaki Amajiki/Suneater and Eijiro Kirishima/Red Riot), showing a serious, determined side in battle and strong mentorship qualities.

He's an experienced hero with police connections and ranks among Japan's top Pros (previously No. 58, later rising higher in some arcs).
