Dabi (Toya Todoroki)

Dabi (real name Toya Todoroki) is one of the major antagonists in My Hero Academia. He is a villain affiliated with the League of Villains (and later the Paranormal Liberation Front), known for his calm, sadistic demeanor, sharp intelligence, and deep-seated hatred—particularly toward his father, the Pro Hero Endeavor.

Physically, Dabi is a tall, lean young man in his early-to-mid 20s with pale skin, turquoise eyes, and (initially dyed) black hair. His body is heavily scarred from severe burns, with purple patches of damaged skin held together by surgical staples—a result of his powerful Cremation Quirk, which lets him generate and control intensely hot blue flames stronger than most fire-based abilities.

His backstory reveals him as the eldest son of the Todoroki family, whose tragic past involving family expectations, neglect, and abuse drove him to fake his death and reinvent himself as a vengeful villain. He's especially antagonistic toward his younger brother Shoto and Endeavor, making him a key figure in the series' exploration of heroism, family trauma, and revenge.
