Knuckleduster (Iwao Oguro)

Knuckleduster, whose real name is Iwao Oguro, is a major character from the My Hero Academia spin-off series My Hero Academia: Vigilantes.

He is a tall, heavily muscled, rugged-looking man with short black hair, thick eyebrows, heavy stubble, and a prominent diagonal scar across his face. He typically wears black gloves equipped with silver knuckle dusters (hence his vigilante name) and operates as a gritty, no-nonsense vigilante.

In the past, he was a respected Pro Hero known as the High-Speed Hero: O'Clock (and Hyper Quadfist in China), whose Quirk Overclock let him massively accelerate his perception and reaction speed. However, his Quirk was stolen by All For One, leaving him Quirkless.

Refusing to retire from fighting crime, he became an illegal vigilante in Naruhata, teaming up with others like Koichi Haimawari (The Crawler). He's driven by a strong sense of justice, often intimidating villains through sheer physical power, intimidation, and street-level brawling skills rather than superpowers. His tough, uncompromising personality makes him a mentor figure to younger vigilantes while he pursues personal goals tied to his past.
