Katsuki Bakugo

Katsuki Bakugo (also known by his hero name Great Explosion Murder God Dynamight / Dynamight) is one of the main characters in My Hero Academia.

He's a fiercely competitive, hot-tempered student at U.A. High School in Class 1-A. Bakugo is characterized by:

• Quirk: Explosion – He can create powerful blasts from the nitroglycerin-like sweat produced by his palms.
• Personality: Extremely prideful, aggressive, foul-mouthed, and driven by an intense desire to be the absolute #1 hero. He has a short fuse and frequently yells or insults others (especially calling Izuku Midoriya "Deku" in a derogatory way early on).
• Key traits: Genius-level battle intellect, exceptional physical ability, strong leadership potential (though initially very poor teamwork), and a deep refusal to accept defeat or pity.
• Development: Starts as an arrogant bully but gradually shows growth, developing more respect for his classmates (especially Deku), learning to value teamwork, and revealing a more complex sense of honor and responsibility.

He's widely considered one of the most popular and well-written characters in the series due to his explosive personality and meaningful character arc.
