Falsch is a first-class mage in Frieren: Beyond Journey's End. He serves as one of the examiners/proctors during the First-Class Mage Exam arc, where he helps evaluate candidates alongside others like Sense. He's observant and analytical (particularly regarding mana and combat potential), though not infallible—he notably misses Frieren's extreme mana suppression.

He's depicted as a tall human with short, slicked-back dark hair, round glasses, and a composed demeanor. His magic specialty involves shadow manipulation (or shadow-like masses), which makes him unusually effective in close-range combat compared to most mages. He's considered one of the stronger battle-oriented first-class mages under Serie.
