Charon

Charon is a major antagonist-affiliated character in Fire Force (Enen no Shouboutai), serving as a devoted member of the White-Clad and the personal bodyguard of the Second Pillar, Haumea.

He's depicted as an extremely tall, heavily muscular man with light-colored hair, often wearing a distinctive blindfold marked with a red cross symbol and a martial arts-style outfit resembling a kimono with an exposed chest.

As a Second Generation pyrokinetic, Charon can't generate his own flames, but he possesses a unique and powerful ability: he absorbs kinetic energy from any physical attacks or impacts that hit him, stores it in his body, converts it into thermal energy, and then redirects it back as massive explosions or powerful blasts. This makes him incredibly durable (he can tank heavy hits from strong opponents like Shinra) and turns defense into devastating offense—earning him the nickname "Counter Man" or "the Reflector."

In personality, he's serious, loyal to his cause (and the Evangelist), confident in battle, somewhat mocking toward enemies, and enjoys combat without personal hatred—he simply focuses on his mission with a calm, almost playful brutality at times.

He's widely regarded as one of the strongest Second Generation users in the series, often compared to a unstoppable juggernaut in fights.
