Tōru Kishiri

Tōru Kishiri is a Third Generation pyrokinetic and a former Fire Soldier of Special Fire Force Company 5 in Fire Force (Enen no Shouboutai).

He's a rookie recruit with a sardonic, rude, and somewhat arrogant personality. His unique ability allows him to chew bubblegum, fill the bubbles with flammable gas, and create explosions when they pop—his signature technique is called Backdraft Bubblish Gum. He often appears chewing or blowing bubbles, which sometimes burst comically on his face.

Physically, he has short, shaggy blonde hair with bangs over his face and a rather dopey-eyed expression. He serves under Captain Hibana in Company 5 and gets involved in several battles, showing resourcefulness despite his attitude.
