Frieza

Frieza (also spelled Freeza in some releases) is one of the most iconic villains in the Dragon Ball anime, particularly in Dragon Ball Z. He is a ruthless galactic tyrant and emperor who rules over a vast interstellar army known as the Frieza Force, conquering and selling planets while eliminating entire races without remorse.

In the anime, Frieza is portrayed as an intelligent, eerily composed, and supremely arrogant character with a refined, almost polite manner of speaking that contrasts sharply with his extreme cruelty. He's extraordinarily sadistic, taking genuine pleasure in inflicting pain, mocking his opponents, and prolonging their suffering before killing them. He views most other beings as inferior "trash" or monkeys (especially Saiyans), and his cold-hearted nature shows no empathy—he casually commits genocide, including ordering the destruction of Planet Vegeta and the near-extinction of the Saiyan race out of paranoia about a potential Super Saiyan legend.

Physically, Frieza has multiple transforming forms in the anime (starting from a more compact first form, progressing through bulkier second and third forms, and culminating in his sleek, final form), each increasing his already overwhelming power. He is Goku's archenemy, with their climactic battle on Namek (where Goku first becomes a Super Saiyan) being one of the series' most defining moments.
