Kinta Sakata

Kinta Sakata is a supporting/main ally character in Dandadan. He is Okarun's classmate at Kami High School and a somewhat socially awkward, imaginative otaku-type student with a strong fascination for the supernatural, aliens, mecha, and sci-fi themes.

He has a rotund/chubby build, short dark hair with a middle part, wears glasses, and is typically seen in his school gakuran uniform.

Personality-wise, Kinta comes across as vain, prideful, condescending (especially toward other guys his age), and attention-seeking. He often acts arrogant or tries to present himself dramatically to impress others (particularly girls), though this masks insecurities. Despite his initial obnoxious or cringey demeanor, he becomes a valuable ally to Momo, Okarun, and the group when dealing with paranormal threats, thanks to his creativity and later-acquired abilities involving alien technology (like nanoskin manipulation that turns thoughts into constructs).

He's introduced later in the story (around the Kaiju Arc in the manga) and grows into one of the more memorable and eccentric members of the cast.
