Satsuki Ranjou

Satsuki Ranjou is one of the main female characters in the anime World Break: Aria of Curse for a Holy Swordsman (also known as Seiken Tsukai no World Break).

She's a 15-year-old student in Class 1-1 at Akane Academy, serving as a classmate and close companion to the protagonist Moroha Haimura (along with Shizuno Urushibara). Satsuki is portrayed as a boisterous, energetic, boastful, and brash girl who speaks her mind openly and often acts in a lively, eccentric way. She has a strong attachment to Moroha, frequently calling him "nii-sama" (big brother) and behaving possessively toward him due to their shared past lives—she was once Princess Sarasha, the younger sister (and romantically interested) in the sibling of one of Moroha's previous incarnations.

As a Savior (specifically a Shirogane type), she fights using prana-enhanced physical abilities and Light Arts, manifesting a short sword called Acieal as her weapon. Her personality often comes across as tsundere-like or hot-headed in interactions, but she shows a caring side, especially toward Moroha (such as preparing meals for him).

In the anime adaptation, she's voiced by Ayana Taketatsu in Japanese and Felecia Angelle in English.
