Jin Isurugi

Jin Isurugi is a supporting character in the anime World Break: Aria of Curse for a Holy Swordsman (also known as Seiken Tsukai no World Break).

He is a third-year student at Akane Academy and serves as the captain/leader of the Striker Unit (also referred to as the Swords of Salvation), the school's elite group of Saviors who fight against Metaphysical threats. As a Shirogane (a type of Savior specializing in physical combat and swordsmanship), he wields a large, heavy broadsword named "Naivete."

Jin is depicted as a tall, well-built young man with a stern, serious, and honest demeanor. He is the responsible older brother to the more arrogant Gen Isurugi. In the story, he recognizes talent quickly and recruits promising fighters like the protagonist Moroha Haimura (after Moroha defeats Gen), Shizuno Urushibara, and Satsuki Ranjou into his unit or related roles.

He's portrayed as a disciplined and authoritative figure, often stepping in to handle disciplinary matters (such as a running gag where he physically intervenes with a certain subordinate's antics). Voiced by Yuichi Nakamura in Japanese and Garret Storms in English.
