Fitoria

Fitoria is the Queen of the Filolials in The Rising of the Shield Hero anime. She is an ancient, immensely powerful being (over 500 years old) who serves as the Vassal Carriage Hero (or Carriage Hero), wielding one of the vassal weapons. She was once a companion to a previous generation's Shield Hero and has been tasked with protecting the world from the Waves of Calamity.

In her human form (the one primarily shown in the anime), she appears as a young girl resembling a teenager, with short silver/white hair featuring light blue streaks and three distinctive cowlicks sticking up, red/pink eyes, small angelic wings on her back, and she wears a red-and-white gothic lolita-style dress with white silk boots.

Personality-wise, Fitoria is serious, authoritative, and graceful, carrying herself with composure and immense responsibility. She has a rather pessimistic and stern view of humanity due to centuries of observing their conflicts and selfishness, making her largely indifferent to most people outside of the Legendary Heroes and her own Filolial kind. Despite this, she occasionally shows typical Filolial traits like gluttony, some forgetfulness, or animalistic quirks. She takes her duty extremely seriously and is willing to take harsh measures (even threatening the current heroes) to ensure the heroes cooperate and the world is safeguarded.

She first appears in Season 1 (around episode 16+), interacts significantly with Naofumi's party (especially testing and mentoring Filo), and continues to have a supporting role in later seasons as a guardian figure.
