Merial Eralith

Merial Eralith is the Queen of Elenoir, the elven kingdom in The Beginning After the End. In the anime adaptation, she is depicted as the wife of King Alduin Eralith and the mother of Tessia Eralith (the princess and a key character close to the protagonist Arthur Leywin).
