Virion Eralith

Virion Eralith is a key supporting character in the anime adaptation of The Beginning After the End. He is the former king of the elven Kingdom of Elenoir (also referred to as Eleanor in some contexts), father to Alduin Eralith, and grandfather to Tessia Eralith.

In the anime, Virion appears as an elderly elf with sharp facial features, pure white/gray hair (often tied back, sometimes growing more unruly), a cleanly shaven face at first (later with a longer beard in some depictions), and piercing eyes that give off an intense, intimidating gaze. He carries the look of a seasoned warrior past his prime but still exuding authority.

Personality-wise, he comes across as a carefree, laid-back, and brash elder, often humorous or teasing in his interactions, yet he can switch to a serious, strict demeanor when needed, especially in training or serious situations. He serves as Arthur Leywin's first mentor after Arthur enters the elven lands, guiding him in mana control, combat, and beast will integration. Despite his relaxed attitude, Virion is wise, open-minded (showing no prejudice toward humans post-war), and respected as a former leader who once commanded during conflicts like the Second War against humans.
