Russell Fellow

Russell Fellow is a supporting character in Re:Zero − Starting Life in Another World.

He serves as the representative of the Commerce Guild in the Dragon Kingdom of Lugunica. Publicly, he appears as a shrewd, profit-oriented businessman who makes decisions based strictly on gains and losses.

Behind the scenes, he is the director of the Six Tongues, a secretive intelligence and defense organization that operates in the shadows to protect the kingdom (often through questionable or ruthless methods).

In the anime (particularly in Arc 3), he has a minor but key role where he negotiates with Natsuki Subaru, agreeing to help facilitate talks with Crusch Karsten in exchange for Subaru's cell phone (which he views as a valuable "metia") after the White Whale hunt.

He is depicted as a tall man with dull blond hair and blue eyes, dressed in a refined suit, and voiced by Tôru Ôkawa (Japanese) and Chris Cason (English dub). In the broader story (including novels and side content), he shows heavy loyalty to Lugunica, sometimes taking extreme measures to safeguard its interests.
