Rui Arneb

Rui Arneb (also known as Louis Arneb in some translations) is a Sin Archbishop of the Witch Cult in Re:Zero − Starting Life in Another World. She represents the Satiation (or "Gorging") aspect of Gluttony, making her one of the three Gluttony siblings alongside her brothers Lye Batenkaitos and Roy Alphard.

She is portrayed as a young girl (appearing early to mid-teens) with distinctive features like extremely long blonde hair, large blue eyes, pale skin, and sharp, fang-like teeth that give her smiles a menacing vibe. As a major antagonist (especially prominent in Arc 6 of the light novels/web novel), she possesses the Authority of Gluttony, which involves consuming names and memories of others.
