Milde Arlam

Milde Arlam (ミルデ・アーラム) is a minor character in Re:Zero − Starting Life in Another World. She serves as the elderly village head (or elder) of Arlam Village, the small settlement near Roswaal's manor that's central to Arc 2.

She's portrayed as surprisingly energetic and lively for her age — to the point where she's jokingly associated with feeling "young again" after a memorable (and rather perverted) interaction where she groped Subaru, much to his dismay. This earns her a humorous reputation in the village as a feisty old lady who's still full of spirit.

She appears briefly in the anime (especially in Season 2 episodes involving the villagers) and is voiced by Maki Izawa (Japanese) and Sarah Williams (English dub). Overall, she's a comic relief side character rather than a major plot driver.
