Jessie

Jessie (Japanese name: Musashi) is one of the most iconic members of Team Rocket in the Pokémon anime series. She's part of the classic trio alongside James and Meowth, and they serve as recurring antagonists who constantly chase Ash Ketchum and his friends, primarily trying (and usually failing) to steal Ash's Pikachu for their boss, Giovanni.

Appearance: She has long, distinctive magenta hair (sometimes described as crimson or dark pink in earlier episodes) styled in a large, curled comet-tail or ponytail shape behind her head. She has blue eyes and is almost always seen wearing her signature customized Team Rocket uniform: a short white crop top with a big red "R," a black midriff-baring top underneath, a short white miniskirt, long grey gloves, and high-heeled grey thigh-high boots. She also wears large green pearl earrings that are a consistent part of her look, even in disguises.

Personality: Jessie is the confident, take-charge leader of the trio—strong-willed, dramatic, vain, and often hot-tempered. She's fiercely proud of her appearance and gets explosive when insulted (especially about her age or looks). Despite her villainous role and ambition for promotions/power, she shows a softer, more compassionate side toward her teammates James and Meowth, occasionally displaying loyalty and care for them. She's ambitious, theatrical, and loves the spotlight, which shines through in her participation in Pokémon Contests, Performances, and Showcases in various regions (where she often excels more than in straight villainy).
