Nami

Nami is the navigator of the Straw Hat Pirates in the One Piece anime. Known as "Cat Burglar" Nami, she's a highly intelligent and skilled young woman who joined the crew early on (as the third member).

In terms of appearance (as consistently shown in the anime), she's a slim, attractive woman of average height with distinctive orange/ginger hair (often styled variably, especially longer post-time skip) and brown eyes. She has a notable tattoo on her left shoulder—blue in the anime—which features mikan oranges and pinwheels as a meaningful symbol tied to her past.

Personality-wise, Nami is sharp, cunning, and pragmatic, with a very strong love (some might say obsession) for money and treasure—she's often seen haggling, charging her crewmates, or getting excited over beri. She's temperamental and quick to anger (especially at her crew's antics, perversion, or recklessness), frequently smacking sense into the guys with punches or her staff. Despite her greedy and sometimes manipulative side, she's deeply caring and loyal to her friends, having a tragic backstory involving loss and hardship that makes her protective of those she loves. She's one of the smartest Straw Hats, with genius-level navigation and meteorological skills, allowing her to read weather patterns perfectly and guide the ship through dangers.

She fights using the Clima-Tact (and its upgraded versions), a staff that lets her manipulate weather on a small scale to create attacks like lightning, mirages, or temperature changes—making her resourceful in combat despite not being physically the strongest.

Overall, she's often the voice of reason (and frustration) in the crew, balancing street-smarts, emotional depth, and a tsundere-like charm.
