Lines

Lines is a minor Marine character who appears briefly in the One Piece anime (and manga).

He is a low-ranking Marine officer, typically depicted with the standard Marine uniform: white shirt, Marine hat, and trousers. In the anime adaptation, he is shown with black hair (while the manga gives him lighter-colored hair).

Lines has a very small role, mainly appearing as background/support personnel in Marine-related scenes, particularly during arcs involving the World Government or Marine bases. He doesn't have any major plot significance, fights, or memorable development—he's essentially a generic Marine face used for world-building and to fill out crowd or headquarters scenes.
