Himiko Toga

Himiko Toga is one of the most popular villains in My Hero Academia.

She is a member of the League of Villains (later the Paranormal Liberation Front) and is characterized by:

• Appearance: Short messy ash-blonde hair styled in two messy buns, large golden/yellow eyes with vertical slit pupils, and a constant wide, unsettling smile. She usually wears her school uniform (even as a villain) or casual clothes, often with a messy, carefree look.
• Personality: Extremely cheerful, bubbly, and obsessive. She is yandere-coded — sweet and cute on the surface but deeply psychotic. She has an intense fascination with people she finds "cute," especially when they're covered in blood, and she expresses romantic/sexual attraction toward people after seeing them injured or bleeding.
• Quirk: Transform — She can ingest someone's blood (via drinking or sucking it) to perfectly transform into that person, copying their appearance, voice, and even clothing (if she's wearing something similar). Later in the series her abilities evolve further.
• Age during most of the main story: Around 16–17 years old (she's roughly the same age as Class 1-A students).

Toga is widely considered one of the most unhinged yet oddly endearing villains in the series due to her combination of adorable aesthetics and genuinely disturbing behavior.
