Shiria Ootsuka (also romanized as Syria Ootsuka or similar variations like Celia) is a character from the anime Maken-ki! (particularly appearing in Season 1 as part of the Venus Academy exchange students arc).

She's an American celebrity — a famous idol (singer/performer) and professional wrestler — known for her incredible strength, energetic personality, and outgoing, flirtatious nature. In the anime, she transfers to Tenbi Academy as a defense member of the rival group Venus. She quickly takes a strong romantic interest in the protagonist Takeru Ooyama, openly flirting with him and using pro-wrestling style moves in fights (like against Inaho). Her ability, called Inverse (or her Jingu), lets her reverse situations or effects in creative ways during battles.
