Minori Rokujou

Minori Rokujou is a supporting character in the Maken-ki! anime (including both seasons and the OVA). She serves as the principal of Tenbi Academy and also acts as its physical education teacher.

In the anime portrayal, she's depicted as a ditzy, cheerful, and somewhat irresponsible-seeming adult who often refers to herself in the third person as "Minori-chan." Despite her playful, hyperactive, and happy-go-lucky demeanor (including pulling pranks or joking around with staff and students), she is extremely powerful and one of the strongest characters overall. She possesses immense control over Element (the series' energy system) and can perform feats like shattering powerful barriers with her bare hands using sheer "fighting spirit." Her Maken is Dragon Ace, gauntlets that allow her to generate and manipulate fire.

She was a member (and apparently a founder/leader figure) of the original Maken-ki back when Tenbi was co-ed before it became an all-girls school for a time. In the story, she's the one who casually approves the mixed-gender living arrangement for protagonist Takeru Ooyama and the girls (Inaho, Haruko, Kodama/Himegami), showing her laid-back approach to rules.

Overall, the anime emphasizes her contrast: outwardly goofy and carefree, but a reliable, formidable protector when serious threats arise.
