Josuke Higashikata

Josuke Higashikata is the main protagonist of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable (Part 4 of the anime series).

He's a confident, tall, and handsome 16-year-old high school freshman living in the quiet Japanese town of Morioh in 1999. Josuke is the illegitimate son of Joseph Joestar (from earlier parts), raised by his mother Tomoko and grandfather. He has a strong sense of justice, is courageous, loyal to his friends, and generally laid-back and friendly—though he can be quite hot-headed and goofy when expressing emotions like anger or amusement.

His most iconic feature is his meticulously styled pompadour hairstyle (inspired by a mysterious man who saved him as a child), which he is extremely protective of—insulting it triggers an explosive temper.

Josuke wields the powerful Stand Crazy Diamond, a close-range fighter with incredible punching speed and strength that can restore objects or people to a previous state (like repairing damage, healing injuries, or even fusing broken pieces back together), though it can't heal himself directly.

In the anime (voiced by Yuuki Ono in Japanese and Billy Kametz in the English dub), he's portrayed as a savvy, everyday hero who gets pulled into bizarre Stand-related incidents while trying to protect his town and loved ones.
