Okuyasu Nijimura

Okuyasu Nijimura is a key character in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable (the anime adaptation of Part 4).

He starts as a tough, delinquent-like antagonist working alongside his older brother Keicho, but quickly becomes one of the main protagonists and Josuke Higashikata's best friend — a loyal, hot-headed ally who fights alongside Josuke and Koichi against various Stand users in Morioh.

Appearance (in the anime): Okuyasu is a tall, athletic teenage boy with fair skin and two distinctive curved lines across his face near his eyes. He has a signature dark flat-top hairstyle with slicked-back sides and two spiky "ducktail" strands at the back. He wears a modified dark school uniform jacket with flashy golden dollar signs ($), a yen symbol (¥), and large "BILLION" and "億" (oku, meaning 100 million) labels on the shoulders, plus white piping for extra flair.

Personality: He's impulsive, emotional, and very childish in a lovable way — acting purely on his heart without much thinking. He can be violent and quick to anger, but he's genuinely kind-hearted, brave, and deeply loyal to his friends. He often shows extreme emotions (ecstatic when happy, crying when sad), and his straightforward, goofy nature makes him one of the most endearing and comedic characters in the part.

Stand: His Stand is The Hand, a powerful close-range humanoid fighter with a unique right-hand ability to "erase" space itself — swiping away anything it touches and pulling the surrounding space together to close the gap. It's incredibly strong on paper, but Okuyasu's lack of quick thinking often limits its full potential in fights.
