Caesar Anthonio Zeppeli

Caesar Anthonio Zeppeli is a key character in the Battle Tendency arc of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure anime (the second part of the series).

He is an Italian Ripple (Hamon) user and a disciple of the master Lisa Lisa. As the grandson of Will Anthonio Zeppeli (from the first arc), he fights alongside Joseph Joestar against the ancient Pillar Men.

In the anime, Caesar is portrayed as a handsome, muscular young man with blond, unkempt hair, distinctive colored birthmark spots on his cheeks, and his signature long headband with triangular patterns and feathers. He's extremely charismatic and a notorious ladies' man, often using his charm effortlessly.

Personality-wise, he's cool, collected, and hot-blooded when it comes to battle—more serious and focused compared to the goofy, improvisational Joseph, which leads to an initial rivalry that develops into a strong friendship and mutual respect.

He wields Ripple energy creatively (including through signature bubble-based techniques) and is driven by pride in his Zeppeli family legacy, family tragedy, and a deep sense of honor and duty in the fight against evil.
