Rindō Kobayashi

Rindō Kobayashi (小林 竜胆) is a prominent character in Food Wars!: Shokugeki no Soma. She is a third-year student (90th Generation) at Tōtsuki Culinary Academy and formerly held the position of Second Seat in the Elite Ten Council. She's also known as the "Rare Ingredients Master" due to her exceptional skill in handling and cooking exotic/rare ingredients like crocodile, insects, and other unusual items.

In terms of appearance, she has long, flowing scarlet-red hair (often with bangs covering one eye), cat-like yellow eyes with slit pupils, pronounced fang-like teeth, and a tall, curvaceous figure (she's the tallest female member of the Elite Ten).

Personality-wise, Rindō is cheerful, energetic, friendly, highly curious, and playful — often teasing others and preferring to enjoy events at her own relaxed pace rather than taking center stage. She has an immense appetite for new flavors and a laid-back, adventurous approach to cooking that combines research, gourmet appreciation, and bold "savage" techniques for prepping ingredients.

She becomes more involved in the series' central conflicts, including as part of the Elite Ten and later story arcs. Overall, she's a fun, charismatic upperclassman figure who brings a lot of energy and exotic flair to the culinary battles.
