Gyokko is Upper Rank Five (Jōgen no Go) of the Twelve Kizuki in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. He serves as one of the main antagonists during the Swordsmith Village Arc, attacking alongside Upper Rank Four Hantengu.
He has a highly grotesque and bizarre appearance, emerging from ornate porcelain vases (which tie into his Blood Demon Art). His body is pale white and abstract, with a muscular armless upper torso, multiple small infant-like hands sprouting across his head and body, misplaced facial features (eyes where a mouth should be and vice versa, plus green mouths), fin-like "hair," and a fish/merman-inspired lower half with scales and a tail in his true form.
Gyokko is extremely arrogant, sadistic, and views himself as a twisted artist — he delights in mutilating humans and turning their suffering into what he calls "masterpieces." His Blood Demon Art revolves around his vases, allowing him to teleport between them, summon deadly aquatic creatures (like poisonous slime-fish), manipulate water, trap victims, and unleash powerful attacks.
(He was ultimately defeated by Muichiro Tokito, the Mist Hashira.)
