Ladies versus Butlers!

Ladies versus Butlers! (also known as Redi×Bato! or Ladies vs Butlers!) is a 2010 comedy/ecchi harem anime (12 episodes + specials) based on a light novel series.

Quick synopsis: Akiharu Hino, orphaned and raised by his uncle, decides to enroll in the elite Hakureiryou Academy (a boarding school) to avoid burdening his relatives and because he suspects his uncle is after his inheritance. The school primarily trains high-society maids and butlers, and it's overwhelmingly female. Akiharu joins the new House Management/Butler department aspiring to become a butler.

However, his rough, delinquent-like appearance immediately scares off most of the girls. He struggles to fit in until he reunites with his childhood friend (and frequent tormentor) Tomomi Saikyou, who has a sweet/public and sadistic/private personality. He also quickly gets entangled with other girls, like the haughty, drill-haired ojou-sama Selnia Flameheart (after an accidental pervert encounter), a clumsy maid-type, and various other quirky female classmates.

The series follows classic harem antics: constant misunderstandings, accidental groping/panties/ ecchi situations, rivalries between the "ladies" and the few butlers, comedic chaos, and Akiharu caught in the middle of school cliques and romantic tension.

It's very much a fanservice-heavy rom-com with lots of exaggerated humor, not much deep plot, but plenty of over-the-top ecchi moments typical of the genre from that era.
