Kaede Tenjōji

Kaede Tenjōji is the principal of Hakureiryō Academy in the Ladies versus Butlers! anime.

She is an adult woman with long black (or dark blue-tinted) hair reaching waist length and green eyes.

In the anime, Kaede is portrayed as a major otaku—particularly fond of eroge (erotic visual novels) and boys' love content—which she indulges in even during work hours, often neglecting her actual duties as principal. Her enthusiastic, immature, and somewhat childish personality leads her to excitedly interpret real-life situations through the lens of anime/games, frequently causing or amplifying misunderstandings and chaotic scenarios.

She has a hyper-competent subordinate in Mikan (the teacher), whom she fears and who constantly scolds/reins her in to focus on serious matters. Overall, Kaede serves as a comedic authority figure whose otaku quirks drive much of the school's absurd humor.
