Akiharu Hino

Akiharu Hino is the main protagonist of the anime Ladies versus Butlers! (also known as Reidii vs Bato!).

He enrolls at the prestigious Hakureiryou Academy (a boarding school emphasizing butler and maid training for the elite), aiming to become a butler after a difficult family background—he lost his parents young and left his adoptive uncle's home due to inheritance issues.

In the anime, Akiharu has a delinquent-like appearance that often misleads others: striking red eyes, a somewhat rough or intimidating look (including a scar over one eyebrow in some depictions), short-to-medium brown hair, and a tough demeanor that scares many of the mostly female students at first.

Despite this, he's actually kind-hearted, caring, principled, and quick to help others. He's quite dense when it comes to romance and girls' feelings, often getting into comedic misunderstandings or being falsely accused of pervy behavior due to his looks and unlucky timing. His straightforward, casual speech stands out in the refined school environment, but his genuine good nature wins people over.
