Beatrix Amerhauser

Beatrix Amerhauser (often nicknamed Bea) is a supporting/main character introduced in the anime Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead. She's a cheerful, energetic young German woman (a former college student) who arrives in Japan as a huge enthusiast of Japanese culture—often described as a classic "weeaboo" or Japanophile. Her dream trip coincides with the zombie apocalypse, but she adapts enthusiastically.

In the anime, Beatrix is outgoing, kind-hearted, bubbly, and free-spirited, getting extremely excited about anything related to Japanese traditions, food, or customs (she has deep knowledge of them, sometimes more than locals). She's goal-driven and bold, arming herself like a samurai with armor, a naginata, katanas, a bow, and other traditional weapons to fight zombies effectively while pursuing her goals, like sourcing fresh fish for sushi (tying into the group's bucket list adventures, such as eating at a sushi place).

She joins Akira's group around the "Sushi & Hot Springs of the Dead" episode arc, adding a fun, combat-capable dynamic with her impulsive yet friendly personality. Voiced by Minami Takahashi in Japanese (and Laura Post in English dub), she's portrayed as a fearless, positive force in the zombie chaos.
