Takashi Mitsuya

Takashi Mitsuya is one of the founding members and the Captain of the Second Division of the Tokyo Manji Gang (Toman) in the anime Tokyo Revengers.

In terms of appearance (as depicted in the anime), he is a teenage delinquent with short silver-lilac/grayish hair, downturned lavender eyes, a muscular build, and often wears the standard Toman uniform (black with a white sash) during gang activities, though he also rocks casual looks or his school uniform otherwise. He has a hidden dragon tattoo on the side of his head (matching Draken's) and a small cross earring.

Personality-wise, Mitsuya stands out as calm, level-headed, patient, and mature—often serving as a positive, stabilizing force within the gang. He's polite, caring, and deeply responsible, especially as the older brother raising his two young sisters (Luna and Mana) mostly on his own due to his absent mother. He strongly dislikes unnecessary violence and only fights to protect those he cares about.

A unique trait is his passion for fashion and sewing—he's highly skilled at designing and making clothes (including Toman's early uniforms and even custom pieces for friends), presides over his school's sewing club, and dreams of becoming a professional fashion designer. Overall, he's portrayed as loyal, dependable, and one of the more grounded and admirable characters in the series, balancing his tough delinquent side with genuine kindness and maturity.
