Haruki Hayashida

Haruki Hayashida, commonly known as Pah-chin (or Pa-chin), is a supporting character in the Tokyo Revengers anime. He is one of the founding members of the Tokyo Manji Gang (Toman) and serves as the captain of the Third Division during the main events depicted in the early seasons.

In the anime version, Pah-chin is portrayed as a short, stocky delinquent with bleached blonde hair (often styled with shaved sides), slanted eyes, a small scar under his left eye, and a stitch on his lower lip. He typically wears the standard Toman uniform and has a tough, intimidating appearance.

Personality-wise, he's hot-headed, quick to anger, and rather impulsive—he admits himself that he's not the smartest and often acts before thinking. Despite this, he's deeply loyal to his friends and Toman, especially to close allies like Peh-yan (Ryohei Hayashi) and the gang's leader Mikey. His strong sense of justice and protectiveness toward his comrades play a key role in several major plot points, particularly in the conflicts involving Moebius, where a personal incident involving one of his friends drives significant gang drama and decisions.
