Rindo Haitani

Rindo Haitani (also spelled Rindou in some translations) is one of the Haitani brothers in the Tokyo Revengers anime, appearing as a supporting character primarily in the later arcs (such as the Tenjiku arc in season 2 and beyond).

He is the younger brother of Ran Haitani and a skilled, feared delinquent who was part of the S-62 Generation and affiliated with Tenjiku. In the anime adaptation, Rindo is portrayed as a muscular, confident fighter with a lean but strong build. He has distinctive blonde hair with light blue streaks (often styled to shoulder length), purple/violet eyes, and typically wears round glasses. He also has a large tattoo covering much of the left side of his body.

Personality-wise, Rindo comes across as arrogant, blunt, and extremely confident in his abilities, often showing a sadistic and ruthless side during fights—he specializes in grappling and joint-locking techniques, taking pleasure in breaking opponents' bones and showing little mercy. He tends to be overshadowed by his older brother Ran (whom many see as the stronger or more dominant one), which fuels some of his frustration and drive to prove himself. He's loyal to his brother and thrives in gang conflicts, making him a dangerous opponent in the series' brawls.

In the anime, his voice is provided by Hiro Shimono (Japanese), adding to his cool yet menacing vibe.
