Gelda

Gelda is a royal member of the Vampire Clan in The Seven Deadly Sins anime (Nanatsu no Taizai).

She appears as a beautiful woman who looks human, with a slender yet fitting figure, long blonde hair often tied up (with a blue ribbon in some depictions), and a golden battle outfit. As a vampire, she has prominent fangs visible even when her mouth is closed.

In the anime's storyline (particularly in the later seasons like Dragon's Judgement and the film Cursed by Light), Gelda is introduced as a powerful vampire who was sealed away 3,000 years ago by Zeldris (her lover, the Demon Clan's Zeldris) to spare her and her clan from execution after their rebellion against the Demons. She possesses strong regenerative abilities typical of vampires and can grow much stronger by consuming powerful blood.

Personality-wise, she maintains a calm, composed, and often emotionless demeanor, showing little remorse in combat when necessary. She's deeply devoted to Zeldris, to the point of despair and even wishing for death when she believes he's gone forever. She later plays a key role in major battles, including aiding against the Demon King, and ultimately finds peace with Zeldris after the conflicts resolve.

She's a supporting character tied closely to Zeldris's backstory and arc, rather than one of the main Sins or antagonists early on.
